Medication will only be administered under the following conditions : 1. A written note requesting us to administer medication to your child. It has to include the following details for safety purposes:

2. All medication must be properly LABELLED with child’s full name and    instructions, etc.
3. All medication must be HANDED DIRECTLY TO OUR STAFF together with the above-written note. Please do not keep the medication in the bag and expect us to check for it.
4. All medication must be properly PACKED in a separate medication or plastic bag with your child’s name written on the bag clearly.
5. Please COLLECT your child’s medication from the MEDICATION BOX situated at outside the entrance. Be sure to check that you do not take someone else’s medication home. Check before you leave.
ILLNESSES |
1. All children with contagious sickness like chicken pox, conjunctivitis, scabies, Coxsackie (hand, foot and mouth disease) etc will not be allowed to come to the centre until they are fully recovered and have a medical statement from the doctor stating that.
2. Please do not send your child to school if they are having a fever, vomiting or having diarrhoea.
3. We have a separate SICK ROOM for children who are not well while in our centre to rest.

Should there be a medical emergency, we will try to contact you first. Â If we are unable to get you on the phone, we will proceed with the following :
- Send the child to the nearest available doctor - Continue to try to contact you - Bill you all the expenses incurred. It is very important that you should always give us your latest telephone number for emergencies like this. Do not wait for us to ask you. Your child's well-being depends on your efficiency in keeping us informed of your latest status.
